Yes! the Valve on the ApolloAir And Camping Pillow has 2 air ports, One that lets air in/out and One only lets air only in, With a needle to let the air out for adjusting air pressure however you like.As for our Self-Inflating Sleeping Pad you just open up the valve and wait for it to be filled with air, When you need to add more air just give it two blows.

Giving it a firm push or gently manipulating the valve with your fingers can help “wake it up” the first time.
After that, it should function smoothly with your breath, the inflation sack, or a compatible pump.

Valve leak Or inflate for nothing?

The valve system has an inner one-way mechanism (to keep air in while you inflate) and an outer cap (to create the final, complete seal).
CORRECT Infalting Sealing: The first valve "Air-in" must be pushed completely down so that it sits flush and flat against the valve base. This ensures air will in and never out, then close the valve for more protect.
If the valve is not fully seated (Air-in) will allowing air to escape slowly.
Pro Tip: Always make sure the outer cap is fully pressed down and sealed after you have finished inflating to guarantee a zero-leak closure.
