WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We currently use Amazon FBA to ship and deliver our products all around the US and Canada
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
All orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service fulfilled by Amazon FBA.
Typical delivery time frame is between 7 to10 business days, however, you may receive your items much earlier
HOW TO REPAIR if they get a hole?
Our products comes with repair patch kits.
* Locate the Leak
* Inflate the pad and submerge it in a bathtub. You will notice bubbles coming out through the leak. Ifyou don t have a tub, try using a soapy sponge.
Rub the sleeping pad and you ll notice soap bubbles coming out from the leaking spot
* Clean and Prepar
* Mark the leak spot, dry it thoroughly, and ensure the area is clean to prevent issues with patch adhesion
* Patch and Set
* Apply the patch firmly over the leak and allow it to adhere for at least 4 hours before inflating the pad again.
Are the products suitable for a side sleepers?
All our products definitely work for side sleepers as well as back and stomach sleepers,
They won't make you feel the ground beneath you even if you are sleeping on a rocky/solid ground,
Give them a chance and they won't fail you
Do any of your products make noise when turning over?
We try our best to have the most comfortable materials with thermal properties while keeping them as noise free as possible
What is the return policy?

Can you sit on the pillow?
It’s not recommended to use the pillow as a seat as it’s not made for it.
Are your products flame retardant/water resistant?
Only the Self-Inflating Sleeping Pad is flame retardant as it's made of PVC, Which is flame retardant, But our Pillow is made of TPU And ApolloAir is made of Nylon TPU, And all our products are water resistant
How do you clean the products?
* Periodic cleaning is recommended to prevent food, oils or other materials from degrading your mattress
* Fully inflate the mattress and close the valve
* Use a soft bristle brush and any mild household degreasing cleaner or detergent
* Rinse and leave the mattress unrolled to dry. Never store your mattress wet.
Can the air pressure be adjusted?
Yes! the Valve on the ApolloAir And Camping Pillow has 2 air ports, One that lets air in/out and One only lets air only in, With a needle to let the air out for adjusting air pressure however you like.
As for our Self-Inflating Sleeping Pad you just open up the valve and wait for it to be filled with air, When you need to add more air just give it two blows.
everything look great but Not Inflate, Check If Valve Stuck!
Sometimes the internal flap inside the inflation valve can get temporarily sealed from pressure or shipping compression.
Giving it a firm push or gently manipulating the valve with your fingers can help “wake it up” the first time.
After that, it should function smoothly with your breath, the inflation sack, or a compatible pump.
Valve leak Or inflate for nothing?
The valve system has an inner one-way mechanism (to keep air in while you inflate) and an outer cap (to create the final, complete seal).
CORRECT Infalting Sealing: The first valve "Air-in" must be pushed completely down so that it sits flush and flat against the valve base. This ensures air will in and never out, then close the valve for more protect.
If the valve is not fully seated (Air-in) will allowing air to escape slowly.
Pro Tip: Always make sure the outer cap is fully pressed down and sealed after you have finished inflating to guarantee a zero-leak closure.
The valve has been removed, it can be easily returned to its original position.
Simply return it easily to its original position and press gently until it assumes its correct place.
What should you not do?
