1- Take the mattress out of the pouch and unroll it.

2-ย Set the valve to (Air-in) Position.
3-ย Attach the Foot Pump to the valve.
4-ย Face the Pump Valve upward.
ย ย ย Press down firmly with Your Foot, Sealing the Valve as you press.
ย ย ย Repeat until fully inflated.
ย
5-ย Adjust the pressure by releasing air from the valve using the adjustment Needle included.
6- Close the valve tightly.ย ย
7- Now your mattress is set and ready to use!ย
1- After you are done using the Mattress, Open the Valve to let the Air Out.
2- Apply pressure to the mattress with your hands to deflate faster.
3- Fold in Half Vertically: Fold the mat lengthwise, like closing a book, with the valve on the outside.ย
4- Fold in Half Again: Fold it vertically one more time to make it narrower.ย
5- Roll Toward the Valve:ย Start rolling tightly from the opposite end, pushing the air out as you go.
6- Seal the Valve: Close after all Air is expelled.
